Returns & Refund Policy

Section 1 - Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items are:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Section 2 - Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We wil also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If and when approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
-When any item is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts are missing for reasons not due to our error.
-When any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Section 3 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through the contact us page.
Section 4 - Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Section 5 - Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us through the info & contact page.
Section 6 - Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, we will send a refund to the giver.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a track and trace shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Section 8 - Digital goods
We cannot offer a refund of your purchased digital sheet music after it has been downloaded, unless if you can proof there was a problem with your download. 
Sales and supply of digital sheet music are governed by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This Act provides that digital goods supplied by us must match the way we have described them, and be fit for purpose and of reasonable quality.
If a digital file supplied by us is either faulty or if it is not as described, you are entitled to a replacement.
If a replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable period and without significant inconvenience, you are entitled to your money back.
If you can show proof that a faulty item supplied by us has damaged your device and we have not used reasonable care and skill, you may be entitled to a repair or compensation.
